Valradio Power Products as all other power products perform better in long term if they are kept clean and their parameters checked at least once a year.
Valradio offer a full range of maintenance plans including battery replacements and repairs to service contracts .
Installation & Commissioning
All Electrical Power Products must be be properly installed and commissioned to ensure a long and trouble-free operating life. Whilst small power products simply plug into a standard mains supply socket or connect to the power source, but larger UPS and Power Products must be electrically installed and commissioned by skilled and qualified engineers / professionals. Valradio offer commissioning for some products, please contact our service department.
Hire & Loan
Valradio offer a wide range of Power Products, but as an alternative to purchase we have a selection of suitable power products available on a Hire & Loan basis. This service is available as any one of the following circumstances may arise:
• Short Term requirements for exhibitions, seminars, road shows or refurbishments.
• For occasional power failure or calibration or product testing.
• For hire rather than purchase
• Critical circumstance is arising
• At the start up period of your new business
Note that it is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the inputs and outputs of power products are connected and earthed properly by a competent person on site.
Site Survey
The more we can understand about your power product requirements, the better we can offer them and provide an better solution using our power product solutions. We will send one of Valradio Engineer and approved qualified specialists to your premises to carry out comprehensive site survey.
We’ll then recommend you a cost-effective power product solution that is optimised to your current specific needs, will provide for your future growth needs.
Returns Procedure
Here at Valradio we want you to feel happy for our power products, however, occasionally faulty or damaged in transit items will require to be returned.
Obtain a Job Number:
A Job Number must be raised and issued by Valradio technical department prior to any units being returned. Without this number the goods may be rejected by the warehouse.
Packing and Delivery:
1. . Returned products must be packed properly for delivery to avoid any damage in transit. If Valradio have agreed to accept a returned unit into stock, the goods must be packed using the original packaging material if possible. Valradio will not be responsible for any damage during delivery back to Valradio warehouse.
2. Returned products must be returned with all accessories and user documentation that were included in the original purchase.
3. All returned units including units returned for repair must show the Job Number on the outer box with the senders name and address on a label to avoid further damage to packaging. This will avoid the goods being turned away at the warehouse.
Repair and Replacement:
The engineer will contact you once the unit has been checked and assessed. Depending on the warranty status on the unit, to gain approval the engineer will inform you of any costs that will be incurred prior to starting work on the faulty unit.
